How did I become the “
Business Doctor”?
Remember the 2007 economy crash?
Well… at that time, I had been the president of a successful family construction business for 22 years…
We did underground construction work…sewer, water, electrical…
We were doing up to $4.4M in annual sales and enjoying the prosperity… then it hit!
We thought we could wait out the crash but after 4 years of waiting, we realized someone had “moved our cheese”! (If you haven’t read the book, Who Moved My Cheese, by Spencer Johnson… you should…there’s even a children’s version☺).
We “shut our doors” and started selling off our equipment to survive…
I dove in to all kinds of markets and businesses… looking for a new “niche”...
At a business conference, I happened to hear an orthodontist speak about a software system he built to nurture his patients… it took him 2 years and $220k.
I got really excited …
Then I thought, “Who am I??? I don’t know anything about programming software. As a sewer contractor all I needed to know is that sewer has to run downhill☺. But… I felt I was on to something that could help a lot of people.
I knew, not everyone could afford to build a system like his...
I began to have ideas come to me about how I could take this idea and make it even better… even automate it...
so it would run without people having to manage it!
Soooo…. I gathered a team of professionals and began brainstorming.

I thought about a lot of markets that could benefit from this software, but I had to decide which would be first. . .
Why did I choose Chiropractic?
Well . . . my family has gone to chiropractors for over 30 years…
Many have become our friends as well as our doctors because they have helped us so much. BUT… when I would go into an office for an appointment...
my business mind would see so many places they were losing money.
I would come home and tell my wife,

SO… I gathered some of the best chiropractors...
